4.3 Violation of Community Standards
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
5.1 General Disclaimer
• We provide our Services “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that our content, training, or resources will meet your expectations.
• We are not responsible for third-party content or links.

5.2 Limitation of Liability
In no event will Channel Guru be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. If liability is found, it is limited to the amount you paid for Membership in the last 12 months.

We may provide access to third-party tools or platforms, but we do not endorse or assume responsibility for them.

6. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between you and Channel Guru will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

You agree that all disputes must be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
